चेक थिस आउट... द्य्नास्टी ज़रूनी

Dynasty Zarooni

I have booked with Dynasty Zarooni for office space in Ebony & Ivory. I was told that construction is in final stages. The representative showed me newspaper clippings of the construction sites and I was happy to have found a very good deal for office space. The deal is/was very good until I started following up on it. Naturally I have my investment with them.

I wanted to see the sites and upon enquiry, I was told two different stories and the agent said I should get in touch with him next week. This was a few weeks ago. Since then I have been chasing Dynasty representatives but to no avail.

I contacted a private agent to find out all that there is in it. Now here’s the horrific part:

The pictures Dynasty SHOWED in the newspapers are NOT the pictures of Ebony & Ivory (Plots G3, H3 & H1). I am shocked after discovering the misrepresentation of Dynasty Zarooni in showing these images that I am pasting OF THE ACTUAL PLOTS WHERE EBONY & IVORY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BUILT.

My efficient agent went to give me the details of the pictures published in various newspapers and gave the detail of the plots which Dynasty took pictures of for the newspaper ads. The advertised pictures are also shown above

The plots which were advertised in the newspapers are G2, & W1 (JBC 1 & JBC 5) which has a main contractor Al Ahmadiah(Not them) on board for the past 17 months and they are still on first floor!!!!!

Actual images of Ebony Ivory towers as situated on plots G3, H3, & H1 here clearly show that the foundation works will finish in 5 months earliest 7 only then they will have a main contractor on board which means another 7 months from the time the main contractor to come to site for the construction to reach the level they are advertising. In total about 12-14 months behind the advertised images!!!!!! That too if they plan on not folding or pulling something else off

Plot H3 , Plot G3 Jumeirah Lake Towers , both of them have a real long story of scandal.
First in 2004 Nakheel directly has launched them of theri own development within their "Master Development" JLT.
On Plot H3 today their should be bulit "Falcon Tower" ...a landmark of JLT how Mr. Sultan bin Sulayem of Nakheel called this Tower in 2004.
On Plot G3 their should stand today "Flamingo Towers" also sold in 2004 by Nakheel.
Both towers have been sold out in 2005 by Nakheel directly.
August 2006 all Investors got candellation letters from DMCC ( 100 % Government) appointed now DMCC to the new Master Devloper of JLT.
(original letter)http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=138300&page=3

Both Towers have been 100 % Redsidential !

For those investors who not agreed to go out without any compensation they (DMCC) promised that Al Fajer Properties will deliver the apartments to investors December 2008 under the same condition like the existing contracts of investors with Nakheel.

This was what Al Fajer promised end of 2006.

Today also this invstors from Nakheel who bought in 2005 see, that what AL Fajer promised was a BIG LIE !!!!!!!!!!!

The very nice trick they started together with Dynasty Al Zarooni now... you can be sure .... is not out of the acknowledgement of Al Fajer Properties!

Who is the new President of Al Fajer Properties ?
Yes... His Highness Maktoum Hasher al Maktoum.
Who is the uncle of him ?
Yes... His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Is he, Sheikh Mohammed aware of this complete story ?
No I don`t think so.
Because if he knows the complete story , if he knows whats going behind the reputate name "Al Fajer" involving by this the reputation of the NAME- Al Maktoum - .... by all of this... he will not be very amused.
Try to bring this "complete" story to his acknowledge... and you will see.. their will be take a very quick positive action.

It's going to be an uncomfortable summer for those without a clear conscience

White-collar crime rarely captures the imagination as easily as its garden-variety counterparts. It seems you have to bring down a bank, hide billion-dollar losses or at least plunder a pension plan in order to secure column inches alongside the murder du jour.

Part of the reason is in the telling - after all, it's unfortunately far easier to picture a grisly death, than it is to follow how the judicious use of special purpose entities might scupper a $111bn energy giant, or how one city whiz-kid with delusions of grandeur could blindside a 144 year-old Swiss bank with an alleged $75bn in unauthorised trades.

However, the summer of 2008 will be keenly remembered for a string of high-profile investigations into alleged financial irregularities by senior executives at both Dubai Government-owned and private entities.

If the public prosecutor's suspicions are proved accurate, then His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum's drive for transparency - which is to be applauded - will have claimed its first scalps.

The summer of summonses began in April, and the announcement of probes into the activities of individuals at Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) and its affiliate Deyaar.DIB's former vice president for finance structure, Rifaat Othmani, was arrested as part of a fraud investigation on June 5. He and several other former members of DIB staff are being investigated, while the probe also led to the arrest of JPMorgan Chase's senior country officer for the UAE, Omair Mooraj. At development firm Deyaar, meanwhile, four people have been arrested as part of a police investigation into alleged embezzlement.

Those hauled in include Deyaar's former CEO, Zack Shahin, who has since maintained his innocence.Ever since the DIB and Deyaar investigations were made public, rumours have run rife that a host of other high-profile figures were also in the firing line. It has been a summer of ‘when', not ‘if', and so it came as no surprise when more arrests were announced last week.

First to be named was Adel Al Shirawi, the former CEO of mortgage giant Tamweel, and now vice chairman of state-owned Istithmar World PJSC. His former head of investments Feras Kalthoum is under the microscope too.

Down the road at Dubai Government-owned developer Nakheel, general manager of sales Walid Al Jaziri and former Nakheel executive Karim Masaad have also been arrested.

We can be sure that the public prosecutor's office is not done yet. Amid tales of tender-rigging, bribery and profit skimming, the government is steadily making its way down a list of names, and circling those unable to balance the books or account for their lavish lifestyles.

This week, sources told Arabian Business that the CEOs of at least two other Dubai development majors - between them responsible for a completed project portfolio worth over $100bn - are currently the subject of CID probes.

It's going to be an uncomfortable summer for those without a clear conscience.
