This is a season of discontent for Dynasty Zarooni

Dynasty Zarooni shot back into the news this week with their delayed license for property development in Central Asia. It was reported that Dynasty has some internal problems rising within their own quarters. One of the owners Kabir Mulchandani was involved in high stake corruption in India. He disappeared for the last few years and has now emerged in Dubai with ambitious plans to do some serious speculation in the dubai market.
There are alot of discrepencies in DZ facts and figures and the Industry leaders believe that Dynasty Zarooni Leadership needs more time and maturity to handle their operations and marketing strategies.
This is an educated economy and trying to fool it with school boy pranks wont work like they worked in India.
And so, this shall be a season of discontent for Dynasty Zarooni

Dynasty zarooni should do business with us. They are most welcome to. But there has to be an escrow.
I remember when the escrow concept was introduced in dubai, the sales went up and so it is a concept which is supported and appreciated for investors security.
What are you to feel when Dynasty Zarooni type companies want to operate without an escrow?

Further on, they Dynasty Zarooni should let the Master Developer collect the funds from the investors, but no, they wanna conduct this illegal act well

Moving on, they start publishing pictures of Alahmadiah sites with Al Fajer and are extensively using al Fajer's logo on their projects where al Fajer has not even marked its presence

Dynasty Zarooni has also started spreading word in media and public about their upcoming project of 6
million square feet city!

There is no harm in it to dynasty zarooni, but the regulators of our land are quite oblivious to the deceits of Kabir Mulchandani.
