I guess we are the last ones to know. People in US know about the damages and we are living in a world isolated to the truth

Anonymous said...

This is so true. We are always kept oblivious to the things right around us. The protectionist approach is beneficial but not in this case though

Try using the rss and you can be updated by anything or any scam of any brand. This has been there for quite a few weeks now

Kabir Mulchandani is an exposed crook backed by a desperate poor sheikh called maktoum hasher, what a shame. They have ruined dubai properties reputation. RERA is investigating them, their bank accounts have been frozen.

emerged as the country's top spender in advertising during the first half of 2008, overtaking Emaar

, last year's top spender by almost double.

Real estate firms account for the majority of ad spend in the UAE, pumping more money into their advertising budgets than ever before. An industry expert described the situation as an advertising mania, escalating the price of outdoor advertising.

According to a half-yearly report by Pan Arab Research Centre (PARC), four out of the top five firms in the list of top advertisers were property companies. In the top 10 list, eight of them were from the same industry.

and Chairman Kabir Moolchandani said in a statement that the primary reason for the increase in advertising spend was the merger in September 2007 of the Hilal Al Zarooni Group with Dynasty Enterprises Inc to form Dynasty ZarooniDynasty ZarooniDynasty Al Zarooni Real Estate

Inc with a net equity of Dh1.35 billion. The firm's ad spend for the first six months of 2008 was estimated at $10.58m (Dh38.8m). Leaping from an almost non-existent advertising spend in 2007, the new ad budget accounts for around 1.8 per cent of the company's total business of Dh21bn.

The company, which recently suffered a defamatory campaign with allegations of fraudulent operations in India, stated that it did not have to realign or alter its advertising campaign because "allegations were baseless and withdrawn by the publisher".

Company representatives denied any relation between the allegations and the massive ad spend. "The recent negative coverage abroad was promptly corrected by the publisher as there was no proven substance in any of the original articles. All of these reports were proven to be factually invalid.

"Our advertising plans are meticulously designed to promote the company's overall brand values, brand strategy and its products."

Interestingly, the PARC report revealed that the majority of real estate ad spend was channelled into the print media. Newspapers' share of Dynasty ZarooniDynasty ZarooniDynasty Al Zarooni Real Estate

This shocking too - This is Al Fajer - Plot H3 Jumeirah Lake Towers

Sure people bought. They have been left out on a limb, so to speak. They have been left in limbo for years--being told this and that and finally being left with nothing. Nakheel would have passed them on to DMCC who would have passed them on to Al Fajer Ptroperties, who would have dropped them like a hot egg.

This comment has reached us November 11 2008

i don’t think its fair to judge anyone by a deal. yes Al Fajer made a mistake to partner with a crook like kabir mulchandani but we had nothing to do with the misrepresentation ads and the hundreds of millions collected by dynasty zarooni into their company accounts… you should read your contracts. RERA is investigating Dynasty zarooni & kabir mulchandani has left the country. Al fajer is a great company and yes we have suffered because of the incompetence of the construction company al ahmadiah but that doesn’t mean we are cheaters or we are benefiting in any shape or form.

Dynasty Zarooni does not show any respect to the legal system in Dubai, the company posted in their website: http://www.dynasty.ae/Dynasty/info.asp a false, incorrect, improper translation of Dubai RERA letter address to them which has been written in Arabic on 25/8/2008.

Dynasty Zarooni translated Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)'s letter to English with many false statements added to this translation.

RERA Arabic's letter , http://www.dynasty.ae/Dynasty/pdf/RERA%20Letter.pdf, was as following:

“To Whom it May Concern"

Reference to the above subject, we would like to inform that Dynasty Zarooni is licensed from Department of Economic Development license number 597065, the company does not have any violation regarding registration of real estate agent and real estate development up to date (25/8/2008).

This letter has been issued according to the company request; RERA will not be liable legally for doing so.

Best Regards,,,,

Mubarak Buljaflah

Head of Real Estate Registration

Now read this translation on their website which shows this company is dis-honost and does not respect any law and they can cheat any one:
